Good Morning Holy Cross today is DAY 3 in the cycle.
As we close out this third week of Lent, we ask God to continue to open our hearts to hear the true Gospel, and to make us fully aware of the sacrifice His Son, Jesus, made for all of humankind, leaving an indelible mark on all Christians.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
God of mercy and understanding, we know that with your help we can open our hearts more fully to the mysteries of the suffering and death of your Son. Help us to be humble in this journey and remember that any mercy and compassion we feel is a gift from you. We await the joy of Easter with new longing and patience.
