On Monday and Friday of this week, the Catholic Church will celebrate the feasts of the Apostles, St. Peter, St. Paul, and St. Thomas. Our prayer theme this week will be to seek the guidance of those who walked with Jesus through His ministry; healing the sick, feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, and offering witness of the hope that believing in Jesus Christ as the Son of God will bring to each of us. We begin with the Apostle’s Creed.

O Glorious Saint Paul, after persecuting the Church you became by God’s grace its most zealous Apostle. You are God’s special vessel of election. Through your intercession we hope to receive from Him this special grace: (here make your request). God, you have instructed many nations through the preaching of the Apostle Paul. Let the power of his intercession with you help us who venerate his memory this day.
