Mindfulness Club
The Mindfulness Club was created to provide a safe environment for any and all students to learn and practice a variety of mindfulness techniques. These practices have several benefits which include reducing stress and anxiety levels, creating opportunities for social connections and self-reflection, as well as educating others about mental health awareness and self advocacy.
