As a private, Catholic, secondary school, Holy Cross High School receives no financial assistance from the Diocese of Brooklyn or from any parish. The substantial difference in the actual cost to educate each student and the tuition charged is made up through the generosity of our alumni, parents and benefactors.
The tuition at Holy Cross High School for the 2019-2020 school year is $9,550.

Tuition Refund Policy
The First Tuition Payment is refundable according to the following schedule:
- Withdrawal within 30 days of the Registration Date – ½ would be refundable.
- Withdrawal within 60 days of the Registration Date – ¼ would be refundable
- Withdrawal after 60 days of the Registration Date – no refund
- Withdrawals after the first day of school: Tuition refunds are pro-rated on a ten month basis. Attendance on the first day of any month counts as a full month
Each student is insured while at Holy Cross High School for all school activities. Parental Medical Insurance is primary, after which the School’s Accident Plan will begin payments.
If tuition payments fall behind, the school reserves the right to suspend a student (from class/exams), deny transcripts, report cards, recommendations, or participation in sports or extra-curricular activities. A late charge of $15.00 will be assessed on the first of each month beyond the tuition due date for each month the tuition is not paid.
Books and Supplies
In order to best prepare for the upcoming academic school year, students purchase all required notebooks, workbooks, supplies, and additional uniform necessities prior to the first day of school during their class orientations. Since the cost of textbooks is included in tuition, this provides families the opportunity to be able to budget student expenses earlier, helping eliminate additional fees and purchases throughout the school year.
Students may also purchase notebooks and supplies elsewhere if so desired. The Holy Cross Book Store is open throughout the school year, both before and after school if students select to make additional purchases at a later time.
