Academic Awards 2021

On May 4-7, Holy Cross High School celebrated the academic achievements for students in Grades 9-11.

2021 Scholastic Academic Medal Awards

Bronze Medal: A student is eligible for the Bronze Medal when the student achieves First Honors or Principal’s List with an average of 91% or better during each of the first three marking periods of their current academic school year.

Silver Medal: A student is eligible for a Silver Medal if they earn First Honors or Principal’s List with an average of 91% or better for each of the first three marking periods in the current academic school year and they have already achieved the Bronze medal status from the previous academic school year.

Gold Medal: A student is eligible for a Gold Medal if they earn First Honors or Principal’s List with an average of 91% or better for each of the first three marking periods in the current academic school year and they have already achieved the Bronze medal and Silver medal status from previous academic school years.

Green & Gold Medal: A Senior that has continued to excel and achieve Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medals in the previous three years and also maintains First Honors or Principal’s List standing for the fourth consecutive year, the student is awarded the Green and Gold Scholastic Medal. This represents a dedication to studies and a degree of consistent effort that is worthy of our special commendation.
