Hall of Fame Nomination Form

Nominations for Holy Cross High School’s Hall of Fame Honorees may be submitted below. If your nominee is selected, you will be required to serve on the Hall of Fame Committee to generate support for the event on behalf of that honoree.

Hall of Fame Induction – The Nominee will have demonstrated a significant level of achievement in one or more of the of the following areas: public service, government, religion, athletics, education, science and medicine, the arts, law, finance. The Nominee will have demonstrated, through their philanthropy and/or volunteerism to Holy Cross and their community, a commitment that reflects the service philosophy of the School.
